SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We have kept our shipping charges very simple. All of our prints enjoy a Free Worldwide Delivery. For everything else, we charge a flat rate of £3.50 for any UK delivery, and £9.50 for Tracked & Signed International Delivery. Deliveries within the UK should reach you in 3 working days from shipping, and international delivery times are dependant on the country items are shipped to. We are happy to advise expected delivery times for specific countries, so get in touch via our email sales@rabbitandsons.com. We will also send you an email once your goodies are on their way.

We aim to ship all items in 24-48h. If you are in a mad rush and require Rabbit & Sons cuteness into your life faster, please contact us via email sales@rabbitandsons.com before placing your order. We will work our tails off to meet your deadline.

If you are ordering items as a gift directly to the gift receiver, please notify us before or immediately after placing your order via email sales@rabbitandsons.com. We will send the sales receipt to your email, and only include a gift receipt inside the parcel.

RETURNS

While we hope that you're always happy with your order, we understand that there are occasions in which
you may want to return items. We ask that you notify us via email sales@rabbitandsons.com within 7 days of receiving the goods, and that you return them to us within 14 days. Return shipping cost is at the buyers own expense and is non-refundable. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the items, refund can take up to 5 working days to reach your account. Unfortunately we cannot refund original shipping charges.
The returned products must be in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging. We strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage for the goods as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase and post back to:

If the Terms of Shipping & Returns are not met, we are unfortunately unable to offer refund on your purchase.

In the rare event that the items do not reach you in perfect condition, please get in touch with us via email sales@rabbitandsons.com within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will work with you to get the items returned to us and arrange a replacement. We will of course refund any shipping costs accrued to you, so please make sure to obtain a receipt.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
